EXCHANGE OF GOODS

The exchange of the item is allowed within 7 days of receiving the goods. To make an exchange, you must send an email to ecommerce@seghezzifashionstore.com indicating:

  • Order number
  • Item and size you wish to exchange

It is advisable to check that the Item and Size are available on the website www .seghezzifashionstore.com Once the exchange has been agreed, insert the items in the original envelope/package, close it and send to the following address:

Once the goods to be exchanged are received, the new item will be sent via our courier.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the sole responsibility of the user, who also assumes the risk of shipping itself, as well as any customs charges.

RETURN OF GOODS

The return of the item is permitted within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Proceed as follows:

Once you have received confirmation from SEGHEZZI FASHION STORE , place the items in the original envelope/package, close it and send (at your own expense) to the following address:
